Primrose Domiciliary Care is a UK-based home care provider operating out of Macclesfield, Cheshire, offering person-centred support for elderly clients, adults with disabilities, and individuals living with dementia or complex health needs — including personal care, live-in care, respite care, and overnight support. Like many growing care providers, the firm needed a system to manage the operational side of care delivery that a marketing website alone couldn't handle: rosters, records, and family communication.

Easy World Techs Limited built the secure portal layer supporting that side of the business. The system centres on client care records, giving staff a structured way to maintain and update care information; staff rostering, to manage carer scheduling and shift assignments; and family access to care logs, allowing relatives to stay informed about a loved one's care without needing to go through office staff directly.

The portal operates as a distinct system alongside Primrose's main public website, with secure, role-based login keeping operational and client data separate from the marketing front end.
