About the role

Help turn client requirements and user needs into practical product designs. Work across discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and developer handoff, balancing usability with project timelines and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Clarify business goals and user needs through stakeholder conversations and lightweight research.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Design responsive screens and reusable interface components.
  • Run usability reviews and document improvements from user feedback.
  • Prepare developer-ready designs with interaction notes and asset guidance.
  • Work with developers to review implemented interfaces and resolve usability issues.

Required qualifications

  • At least 1 year of practical UI/UX or product design experience.
  • A portfolio showing your process and contribution to at least two digital projects.
  • Working proficiency in Figma, including components and auto layout.
  • Understanding of layout, typography, accessibility, and responsive interface design.
  • Ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with technical teams.
  • OND, HND, or degree in a related discipline, or equivalent portfolio-based experience.

Added advantages

  • Experience conducting usability interviews or testing prototypes with users.
  • Familiarity with design systems and developer handoff workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS or experience designing business software.

Compensation

₦200,000–350,000 gross per month.
